DRAMA... Patriots Release Stefon Diggs – What’s REALLY Going On?!

I worked on it for a while. Listen, guys, the press release that came out yesterday about Sephon digs being released is pure lies. Give me a second. I want to bring everybody up to date for those who haven't heard it. And then I will let you know the real reason why Sephon digs was released yesterday, right? The headline reads, Patriots allegedly set to release the fond digs after just one season into his three-year deal. According to ESPN, a source in the league says, says the news will be announced March 11th, the start of the new NFL year. Digs was with his team for one year, despite a three-year deal worth $63.5 million. The decision is believed to be financial

1:00as the Patriots will now save $16 million in cap space. Give me a break. Social media users believe Sephon confirmed the release with a recent post on his Instagram stories. One post stated, thank you for a hell of a year, family forever at the Patriots. This news comes after his recent breakup with Cardi B, while also felony charges putting hands on his personal chef. You notice how they're like, oh, this comes after. No, that is the only reason why the Patriots let him go. It has nothing to do with salary cap. Sephon digs is still a great wide receiver. Yes, he's not a spring chicken, but he's not past, well, he's not past his prime. I don't think he's past his prime. He's maybe just right at it, okay? If he did not have these allegations that I'm about to read for you right now, Sephon digs would 100% still be a New England Patriots. Let me refresh y'all memory.

2:01Based on reports from late December 2025 and early 2026, New England Patriots wide receiver, Sephon digs is facing legal charges involving his former private chef. Allow me to read these charges for you, okay? Digs faces one felony count of, and a misdemeanor count of putting hands on somebody, his former chef. The alleged incident reportedly occurred December the 2nd, 2025 at Digs's home in Massachusetts. That's during the NFL season. You think the NFL is going to be playing around with their brand like that? Are you crazy? The NFL has no time for this. Any major sport lead, NBA, NFL, MLB, you have these kind of accusations that are going on. You're out. They're out. Let me continue. The chef claims that during a dispute over money she was owed,

3:02these became very angry, put hands on her in her face area, and attempted to with his elbow. How do you even do that with your elbow? What kind of sick person are you? Victim account. The chef told police that Digs threw her onto a bed, and that she had trouble breathing during the incident. Digs pleaded not guilty to the charges. Don't think that that means that you're not guilty. Everybody pleads not guilty. His attorney has denied the allegations, calling them unsustain shaded, and arguing, sorry, unsustain shaded, and an argument that stem over a financial dispute. Legal status, Digs was released on his own reconnaissance in order to have no contact with the accuser. Now, we broke this down already. I think we've done at least two or three videos on this. We showed you the text messages that were released by the chef of a not-mistake in Cardi B, actually even tried to contact,

4:03or Cardi B might be involved in this case, because that's witness tampering, okay? There is alleged text messages of Digs trying to get money, use money to try to win her over, to try to apologize to her. She has come out and said, no, you were not buying me off. And for people that follow cases like this, and that always ask, hey, how come you're suing civilly? How come Cassie was suing civilly, etc., etc.? This private chef says, I don't want money. I don't want to talk to Cardi B. I want to go to court. She is pressing charges criminally. Now, let's just be fair. She could also, after this suing civilly, that is a big possibility, right? Now, the fact that this is a criminal charge, this is not a misdemeanor charge.

5:05This is not a speeding ticket, or a dy, which we see a lot of NFL players, or NBA players, hockey-based. This is a huge allegation. We see the rise in these kinds of allegations in the past two, three years. Diddy, Shannon Sharb, Tyler Perry. There's no room for this. No professional team is going to stand for this. This is why he was released. Now, that post that he put on his social media, and this leaked release from ESPN, you could tell that they both, amicably got into an office and was like, yo, you got to go. You could do a one or two ways. We could completely drag you in the media. We could talk about this court case,

6:05and then you can go and talk about us, or we could say this is a salary-cap issue, and you could go and post and say, really, I really love this team. It's really great. We're family forever. Love y'all. Thanks for a great year. What would you want it? What would you like to do? And of course, Stefan said, please don't drag my name anymore, because my wife, sorry, not my wife, but my girl, my baby mama's been dragging me. I have a bunch of other court cases, too. I have two babies just born. I have four on the way. I got carded. Yo, Stefan is not even that much of a brand. He just started to be a brand getting involved with Cardi. So the little glimpse of fame in mainstream media that he has would have been torn completely apart of the patriots said the real reason why they let him go. So we'll see what happens after this court case. We'll see what the charges are, but no NFL, no sports team,

9:08she's alluding to the fact that they may have had something and now they don't. And that's where a lot of the beef even began. We'll see if all of that comes out in court. The pre-cardi stuff with Cardi after Cardi. This guy has made a complete mess of his life. He's only 33 years old. He has made a mess. I don't see how he comes back from this. This chef is not taking money. She's not backing down. We'll see what proof she has. She has to prove all of these accusations. But it does not look good for Stefan Diggs. I don't see any NFL team picking Stefan Diggs up while he has a case like this. All right, I also have more to add to this drama. Stefan Diggs' mother went to Cardi B's concert last night. FYI, Nicki Minaj's sister also went, but we'll talk about that in another video. The fact that his mother went to the concert tells you a lot of things that are going on in this man's life. His mama is not even on his side, right?

10:09So of course they have a relationship. Cardi B, baby, that's her grandbaby. But it seems as if though the mama is citing what Cardi B. Also, Stefan Diggs has deleted everything off of his Instagram and he also unfollowed the Patriots. So that post that I showed you before is, oh yeah, we're family for life. But I'm not following you. A lot of people are worried about Stefan Diggs. Why would he do that? Why would he delete his Instagram? Why is his mama going to the concert? Just want to highlight. Stefan Diggs has lost the Super Bowl. He has lost Cardi B. He has a case going on with this chef, a criminal case. Let's not talk about civil. He has a criminal case. He could go to jail. And now he just got fired from the New England Patriots. Here's a video from a couple of days ago of Cardi B sending warning shots to Stefan.
