There is a concerted effort from those in power to control the population with striking fear, and if we are not in alignment with our own energy we are prone to be swept up in this manipulation. This alignment with our true self requires a willingness to look inward and heal. We cannot heal the chaos of the world on our own, but we can do our part by taking control of our own individual healing process.
