Dr. Myron Rolle | The 2% Way - How Small Improvements Create Big Results

About this episode

In this episode, Jon Gordon is joined by Dr. Myron Rolle. Dr. Rolle was a standout football player at Florida State University, and was drafted by the Tenneesee Titans in 2010. Not only is Dr. Rolle a star athlete, he is also a recipient of the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship, giving him the opportunity to study at Oxford University before being drafted. Now Dr. Rolle is a neurosurgeon at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Over the course of the episode Jon and Myron discuss topics ranging from transitioning from football to the medical field, dealing with racial discrimination, and the faith that drives Dr. Rolle every day in all aspects of his life.
