Jessica has worked in mixed and equine practices, both in the United Kingdom and in Hong Kong. 

Between 2019 and 2022, Jessica joined an independent telehealth company to launch their pioneering service in the UK before joining PetsApp in 2023. 

Jessica has a strong interest in innovation and how digital health can benefit pets, veterinary professionals, and businesses.

Jessica qualified as a vet from the Royal Veterinary College in 2012.
