Dr. Homebrew: Episode 80 08-18-16

Episode 80 of Dr. Homebrew is a good one. We talk with Chris who sent us his Imperial stout made with coffee and vanilla, and it’s really good. Unfortunately we only had two bottles of the stuff because JP broke one in the fridge, because he’s clumsy. Then we talk with Dan, who in addition to being a homebrewer, also works for a commerical brewery called Junkyard brewing in Minnesota. He sent in two giant cans of something called a “dark ale”, which we deemed more like a Baltic Porter, made with toasted coconut chips.
