Domata Peko Returns to NFL as Steelers Coach

Former Denver Broncos defensive lineman, Demada Peco, is heading back to the NFL as a coach. The 41-year-old has landed the defensive line coach job with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the 2026 season. Pico comes off coaching the defensive line at the Colorado Buffaloes this past year and serving as a defensive assistant for the Dallas Cowboys in 2024. His move fills a key spot on Pittsburgh staff. Fans might remember Peco from his playing days with the Broncos between 2017 and 2018. There, he notched 69 tackles and 1.5 sacks over 30 games as part of a solid 15-year career across four teams ending with. 616 tackles in 26 total.
