Dog Owner Pleads Not Guilty to Sheep Killing Charges

0:00On March 2nd, a 65-year-old dog owner from Assington Green in Suffolk has pleaded not guilty to charges over two German shepherds that allegedly killed 35 sheep and injured another 14 last July 18th. The attack happened near Stansfield, causing around 40,000 pounds in damage from dead animals, injuries, and other losses to the farmer. Prosecutors say the dogs were dangerously out of control, breaking the 1991 Dangerous Dogs Act, and a third charge of livestock. Worrying will come up later.
