Does hours of homework create bad habits and boundaries for kids?

Have you ever thought maybe it's not a great idea that we are teaching our kids at an early age that they have to go to school (which is like work for adults) all day 7-8 hours and then come home and do "homework" outside of school for 1-4 hours? This is the question I'm asking in today's episode!
