He's pleaded not guilty to the single count, and a jury of five men and seven women has been selected to hear the case. The woman showed up alone for the appointment after arriving with her partner and kids. Following the exam, she claims the doctor rubbed her inner thigh and grabbed her breast before finishing up with injections in her foot. She paid our reception and left right away. Right after getting back to the car, she told her husband went down and texted a friend about it, feeling shocked and traumatized. She later reached out to a rape crisis line and filed a police report. Her partner noticed her dealing with trauma in the days that followed.
