Do you believe you are weak?- Special Episode
About this episode
This week in a special episode I wanted to take the time to dismantle the relationship we have with ourselves, the beliefs that we hold, and how our fears keep us from achieving what we are truly capable of. I also take you behind-the-scenes of a recent conversation I had with my parents and how they view me, and how their views have allowed me to stay small and "weak" in certain areas of my life. No holding back on this episode. The goal isn't to be perfect. Far from it. It's to notice your thinking, challenge your thinking, and reframe your thinking to help you become the person you know you are capable of.
