1:04There's energy all around us, but we think that we have to have, it has to come externally a lot of times. We have like a TV in front of us, watch somebody, listen to a podcast, listen to a great music. A lot of times in life is fucking quiet. And those are the times when you want to run and hide. You gotta be able to find energy, you gotta make up games, make up tricks, make up whatever you can to get to the next evolution of life. So taking souls is just another way, it's not about hurting the person you're against. It's about finding a tactical advantage in every situation you fucking physically can. To get to the next, you're trying to inch further to the goal line. And you don't want to go to that goal line, whatever it is for you. For me, I want to get through hell week. With my head up high, being strong, I'm not with the goal on this, for everybody. My goal has been very different for most people, but you're trying to find energy and strength to stay in the fight, to continue on till you get that second win.

2:08The second win is coming, wherever the second win may be for you, it's coming. But what happens is we get so stressed out that the end is so far away that we just can't find another foothold, another handhold, so we jump off the cliff and we fall. There's another one, you gotta find it, so taking souls is the one way to do it. When you've gone that deep inside yourself, and all those feelings of pain that I had, I was in the worst pain of my life, ever, and some of the things that you're just crazy. No, when you've done that, and you've figured out so much on your own, and all that pain in this comfort I had in that tub laying there, passing out everything was confirmation of what I just figured out. I just figured out the code. I figured out a code, a code that many people aren't looking for, and I wanted to be known.

3:08I went that feeling, this was confirmation, this was like a scientist's notes. The notes were here, the notes were all this feeling, it was a confirmation, and no one at that time could understand what I had just done. I cracked the code to human potential in myself, and I was still like, oh my god, this is unbelievable, what I just did. So it's that quiet place, it's that place by yourself, it's those hours and years and decades by yourself in the grip of life. When life has you by the throat and choking you out, and you're sitting there calm, because you're trying to figure it out, you're not panicking, you're not quitting, you're not throwing the towel, you're saying there's a way around this, and when you figure it out, when life has you gripped in advice, and you can figure that out, that's when you overcome, that's

People capped themselves, they look at somebody, and because their mind can't imagine it, they then start talking shit, that he has to be doing this, or has to be doing that, there has to be some trick, there has to be some potion, this is bullshit, no, it's because you cannot allow your mind to open up for the possibility of it can be done, which is why you, you being people are where they are today, because you have not, you shackled your mind to have limits, and everybody has a limit, but find it first, I haven't found it yet, I haven't found it yet, it's pretty crazy, it's crazy, I haven't found it, I find it at times, but what happens is I then figure out how to get around it, through it, above it, climb over it, so those limits, I'm always, as I said, I tell myself how to

5:11fail, I'm always skirting on that like limit of, I'm there, I'm there, I'm there, I'm there, okay, I failed, but I was right there, when I miss, what the fuck did I miss? That's when I fucking missed, and then it happens, so, so when you come from a messed up foundation like I did in Buffalo, New York, where my dad beat me senseless, and now I had that messed up foundation, now I'm here being the only black person, I caught the only in my book, being the only black person, my mom's working three jobs, we're living a $7 month place, she's never at home, so not like I had some mentors coming in to help me, you know they were trying to put me in these different group places for like having some shrink talk to me and these eight, nine kids, and when kids sitting at this house on fire, another kids peeing in the trash can, another kid had a helmet on, banging his head up against the wall, and I'm looking at this to eight years old, you know, and I'm gonna get back to your question that you asked, but these are the things I had to go back and relive, you

6:13know I'm 24 years old now, and I have to go back to all these things that no one knew about me in this group place where I'm in this place where these people are crazy, and they think I'm crazy, and I'm looking at them, I'm not crazy, you just don't know where I come from, I came from a place that truly damaged my mind, damaged my soul, and now I have to go back on my own to face this shit, so you know at 24 years old I sat there a lot of, it was like one day, I woke up and I got faced this, this haunting, fucking voice in my head kept on saying, man, we gotta go back, the only way we can go forward is to go all the way back, and that's very scary to do for everybody, but the only way you're gonna fix yourself is to go all the way back, to the beginning, to your childhood because that's where everything starts, and that's where the blocking most of us, all of us, yeah, all of us, everybody thinks it's my god, like my marriage is messed up, this is messed up, you have to go back to fix all your problems, it all starts from the root,

7:15man, the root, yeah, it's just about to say we have to go back to the root, because otherwise we're just dealing with the symptoms, that's it, and you cannot fix anything by giving it maltring, you have a jacked up knee, the swelling may go down, but it's still jacked up in there, you gotta get it fixed, you gotta fix the knee, all those pills do, so you know pretty much is just let the swelling go down, and you can live a little longer, but you're not fixing the problem. I found the most life in the most uncomfortable places in the world, I was the most David, the Goggins that I invented, because David Goggins was weak, I never want to get rid of Goggins, the guy I created, that weak person that used to be, the guy I created that can handle anything, you don't want to let go of that guy, because you realize that that guy was made, you weren't born him, and that is, when you get comfortable, Goggins starts to die,

8:20he starts to die, that one creature from the black lagoon that can live in a sewer, that can eat rats all the day, that doesn't eat water, that doesn't eat sunlight, that they eat nothing, he can just live, because he knows he can, that's a powerful human being that you never want to, it's an everybody, that's the scary thing about, that's what makes me so upset, man, is that everybody wants to put this daggone label on me, they forget the first three chapters of my book, they forget how they started, a lot of times it takes someone's wife dying or somebody dying from the change, yeah, near death, yeah, something, no, no, no, none of that, I wanted to figure out, is there more to this horrible feeling of feeling like a loser, can I change this, and once you figure out, I have the ability, not to, your mom or your dad, they're through a special school, do you, they have the ability

9:25to change this, that's what makes it so mad, once people put this title on me, you now give yourself a guide, you have a free card, it's like, oh, he's just crazy, he's special, he's unique, he's this and that, you just saved yourself, from not having to do the work, not having to do the work, and that's why I want people to hear my story, I'm trying to take away all that bull crap that you want to put on me, I'm trying to make you suffer up here to know what my God, man, he really had a hard way to go, there was nothing special about him, he wasn't talented, he wasn't gifted, he wasn't nothing, he wasn't nothing, and he made it, I want everybody to feel uncomfortable around me, that's it, because I wish you go home and think about yourself, think about yourself, man, because you're leaving so much on the table for the possibilities of which you can be.
