Do all in Jesus' Name!

0:00And I, it's rich at my senior citizen apartment, and boy, do have a great word for you and me for this hour, and it's in Colossians 3, 17. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed to all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him, Colossians 3, 17. That's a great word, isn't it? A great reminder. We need to help each other to stay on course, because there are many things thrown at us to try to draw us away from this type of lifestyle, whatever we do in word or deed to all in the name of the Lord Jesus. I wish I could say, I've always done this, I haven't. And I was actually mourning over this. This morning, as I was reading this, I was going, oh, Lord, if I just would have paid more attention to this with what you gave me to do. But it's a new day. It's a great thing about God. It's always a new day, and you can step forward, and I encourage you

1:05to do that. It says in Colossians 3, 23, whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the Lord, and not unto men. Colossians 3, 23, what has God given you to do? What is your vocation? What is your calling in life? And then I love this here in 1 Corinthians 1031, whether therefore ye eat or drink or whatever ye do. Get this, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 1031, God help us to do that. I ask in Jesus' name, amen. So let's stay on course here. Eyes on Jesus. And that is what I wanted to share with you. And remember Jesus loves you, and is just a prayer away.
