I had a great time chatting with Stephanie, a Change Enthusiast and expert, about her career and recent leap of faith from the corporate world to her own consulting practice. Stephanie is another great example of a woman that forged a path in the tech industry, as a leader in change management. We spent a lot of time exploring "Imposter Syndrome." She shared her tips and strategy on helping to overcome this feeling and we both admit that it is OK to lean into this and use it!
