1.人口面临负增长的问题，而高房价就是高级避孕药。
2.高额负债，从政府，到企业，到个人，负债率达到顶端了，基本贷的起的都贷了款，如果继续爆炒，那么金融风险就会持续上升，恒大只是一个开端，he nan村镇银行就会只是个开始。
3.共同富裕大背景下，房住不炒是必然的。
这三条涉及未来人口问题、金融风险问题、政治问题，哪一个都是从长远打算。
