Did You Know You Know Things? - Wellbeing Wisdom Tiny Bites Podcast
About this episode
You know things and your well of knowledge is getting bigger every day. You’ve forgotten more than many people learn in their lifetimes, and that’s perfectly OK, because the truth is, once you know something you keep that knowing, whether you remember it or not.
You know good things and not-so-good things. Some things that you know, like how to read and interpret language, help you learn even more things. You know things that can help you, and things you can choose to use to hurt someone else. Your heart and humanity keeps you from doing that, yet you know many many many things you could use to inflict serious damage.
You’re not just smart, you are wise, which is why you choose not to use your knowledge to hurt others. Trust your knowing, and trust your wisdom to use your knowledge for good in your life and in this world.
Trust yourself, because you know things!
