Diaries Duo: Raw Punk Spirit in Camden

0:00On April 2nd, the diaries duo is keeping that rock punk spirit alive, right here in Camden Town, channeling the do-it-yourself vibe from the 19th, 70s, Mark McClellan and Maja Sherman write their own rocky pop tunes with a punk edge, build their own studio at home, and even self-published a book about their journey called music, love, and impossibilities. They met back in February 2021 and jumped straight into music full-time, moving from Quintish Town to Roe Ireland that may to crank out, songs without limits, influenced by heavy hitters like Metallica, Motley Crew, Guns & Roses, Oasis, and The Beatles, they poured their real-life romance and challenges into daily diaries that formed the heart of their book. Now they've toured over 150 shows across Europe, Mexico, and Japan, and they're aiming to break into Camden scene with three free sets.
