DEVOTIONAL: We Are Complicit in Babylon's Sin

About this episode

As a Christian entrepreneur you are probably trying to run your business based on biblical principles. However you might be unknowingly compromising more fundamental economic principles from the bible.

Our current monetary system is corrupt, and by participating in it we become complicit in the sins of Babylon.

Revelation 18:4 says,
“‘Come out of her, my people,’
so that you will not share in her sins,
so that you will not receive any of her plagues...'"

How can we bring our business into alignment with God's redemptive economic purposes so that we are truly "seeking the welfare of the city?" (Jeremiah 29:7)
