Landfair, 34 years old, faces two counts of first degree assault from a crash that injured three folks, including herself. She just waved her pretrial hearing, sending the whole case straight to a grand jury for review. This all went down back in October 2025 on Alabama 75. According to investigators with the Alabama law enforcement agency, she was suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol and blew right through. A red light.
