About this episode

Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market.
On this episode of Stock Movers:
- Shares of Deere & Co. (DE) moved higher in premarket trading after the company narrowed its annual profit outlook as a stabilizing agriculture sector points to a more pronounced rebound next year for farm machinery. The builder of iconic green and yellow tractors estimated net income for the fiscal year between $4.75 billion and $5 billion, compared with its previous outlook for $4.5 billion to $5 billion.
- Shares of Moderna (MRNA) fell in early trading, paring gains from a record Wednesday session for the stock. The biotech company said a personalized cancer vaccine combined with partner Merck & Co.’s Keytruda helped cut the recurrence of melanoma in a large, late-stage trial. The study also met a key secondary goal of showing the shot could help prevent tumors from spreading to new areas of the body, the companies said in a statement Wednesday.
- Shares of Strategy (MSTR) and other crypto-linked stocks are climbing in premarket trading as Bitcoin’s rally unleashed the biggest wave of short liquidations in records going back to 2021. The stocks were also boosted as President Trump met with crypto executives from firms including Coinbase, Payward and Blockchain.com.
