3:05My friends, welcome to your meditative prayer on Deep Forgiveness. To get the most out of your spiritual journey, use pray.com every day and make prayer a priority in your life. Again, our goal for today's meditative prayer is all about deep forgiveness. So right now, let's just pause for just a second. Maybe put aside the day's distractions and prepare to spend a moment with God. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and then slowly breathe out. And now take every thought captive and shift your focus to what God has prepared for you. And today we'll be meditating on Hosea Chapter 10 verse 12 from the King James Version. So to yourselves in righteousness, reap and mercy, break up your fallow ground. For it is time to seek the Lord till He come and reign righteousness upon you.

4:06Right now my friends, take a moment just to pour out your adoration to God. God I give you praise for your justice is perfect. I worship you for your righteousness is true and will not be withheld from your people. You pour out your mercy and with loving kindness, you attract my heart. I praise you for you are the everlasting God. Your goodness and your faithfulness, no, no end. Forgiveness is for your benefit. As counterintuitive as this may sound, it is absolutely true. There is a biblical principle called the law of the harvest and forgiveness falls under its jurisdiction. Know that your choices and your actions dictate what you receive from God, no exceptions. This is why forgiveness is so, not for the benefit of others, but your own. Part of the reason why forgiveness can be so hard to give is because we feel that by forgiving we accept defeat. But the reality is nothing could be further from the truth.

5:09When you plant mercy and grace into those who wronged you, you are not accepting defeat. On the contrary, you are ensuring your victory. When you forgive those who sinned against you, you are activating a spiritual principle that cannot be broken. You are triggering God's legal spiritual authority to bless you, to be merciful and gracious to you. So do not give into the temptation of unforgiveness and retribution. Not so for yourself venom, vengeance, and violence. For God does not excuse evil behavior by reason of retaliation or provocation. Instead, break up all on ploughed ground in your life. Seek to cultivate a harvest of God's goodness and his faithful love of his blessings and his divine favor. Drive to do what is required of you for God to reign his righteousness over you. So right now my friends, take this time as your opportunity to remove all impediments

6:13to your harvest. Lay your seeds bare before the Lord and tell him what is hindering your heart and preventing you from sowing forgiveness. Right now come before God and confess those sins to him. Now my friends as we transition, let's just take a few minutes to dwell on God's grace for you. Thank him because his love for you is greater than any and all hurt. Thank the Holy Spirit for empowering you to overcome all bitterness. Think of past situations where God's grace transformed your heart. Thank God for those past experiences and future ones to come. Thank him for his mercy and his faithfulness in your life. With God that through his righteousness you will no longer be controlled by unforgiveness, but instead you will live in freedom and enjoy. God is present and he is listening to you. So right now this is your opportunity to ask for aid in planting your harvest.

7:17Reach out to God this moment and ask him to fill you with his powerful love. Ask the Holy Spirit to transform your heart and to fill you with his grace. Ask him to empower you to let go of grudges of hate and of bitterness. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with determination to sow forgiveness, to prepare for a harvest of love and of righteousness. Remember God tells you to plant a harvest of love and righteousness for yourself. Forgiveness is not for the benefit of others, it's for your own. When you plant forgiveness and grace into those who wronged you, you are preparing yourself a harvest of justice and goodness. So do not be afraid and break up the idle ground in your life. Seek to do what is good and just in the eyes of the Lord and prepare for him to reign righteousness over your life. Choose this day to cultivate justice and joy, renewal and righteousness and step outside
