Bissinger and chronicles Stephen Glass’s fall from grace when his stories for The New Republic were discovered to be fabricated. The movie stars Hayden Christensen, Peter Sarsgaard, Chloe Sevigny, Steve Zahn, Hank Azaria, Melanie Lynskey, and Rosario Dawson, and the pair dive into aspects of the true story, the film’s performances, a difference of opinion of Christensen’s performance and how the subject matter makes for an enticing film about journalism and how it as changed in the years since this event and the film.
