DC Just Hit a 8 Year Low in Homicides. But It Should Be Doing More

DC saw an eight year low in homicides in 2025, following a national drop. But our neighbors in Baltimore have an even more impressive story: their homicide rate plummeted to a nearly 50-year low. So what's behind these numbers?
