We are your local and expert source of road weather impact forecasting for commercial vehicle operators and the traveling public. I'm day, weather meter, all the just work here. Well, we have one weather system leaving the Rockies in the high planes this Tuesday, and this surface map is valid for Wednesday morning. Weather system moving out into the central plane, still going to be producing a little bit of some lingering rain shower activity, some higher elevations, snowfall and sections of central and southern Colorado and northern New Mexico into tonight. Otherwise, little ridge of high pressure in a southwest flow over the course of your Wednesday and the Thursday, going to be making for some very nice springtime conditions over the next 24 to 48 hours, but we do have another specific weather system that will impact the Rockies in the high planes as we work our way in the Thursday night, Friday

1:04through early Saturday here in the meantime, your regional travel impact overview keeps that lower elevation rain showers across Colorado, possibly getting into the northern stretches of I 25 in New Mexico through this evening and tonight, a little bit of higher elevation snowfall, still on I 70, but it'll be very minimal and overall the Rockies in high planes in between weather systems in for tomorrow and much a Thursday, as we get into Thursday night, especially Friday, though, there'll be lower elevation rain and snow and higher elevation, all snow, returning the Rocky Mountains in high planes, and there will be some road impacts likely, mainly above about 6,500 feet, as we get into Friday, within mild and dry springtime weather, redeveloping over the course of this weekend into early next week, but at the same time, we will again be looking at some strong gusty winds starting

2:05to become a threat for Wyoming's wind prone locations along I 25 and I 80 for the upcoming weekend in the short term, though, for tonight and tomorrow on a Thursday across I 80 from Western Nebraska through Wyoming, the Salt Lake area, we're going to be looking at still potentially some lingering slick spots and black ice, possibly tonight, higher elevations of I 80, where we're still going to see some light snow, snow showers through this Tuesday afternoon, early evening, and with temperatures tonight dropping down into the upper teens and low to mid 20s along the I 80 corridor west of Cheyenne towards the Rollins area, there will be that possibility of some slick spots and black ice, otherwise favorable travel conditions tonight on through Wednesday and really for Thursday as well through the daytime hours, but it will be Western sections of I 80 that are going to start to see some redeveloping light snow, snow showers, some wet roads, reduced visibility as we get into

3:09the PM hours on Thursday and that'll start to become more widespread across much of the I 80 corridor as we get into Thursday night and the Friday I 25 across Wyoming and then I 90 Western South Dakota Northern Wyoming and South Eastern Montana, really very good travel conditions tonight on through your Wednesday and the Thursday as well, but the Northern sections of I 90 and Wyoming and then in Southern and South Eastern Montana will start to pick up some rain and snow showers Thursday afternoon and evening with wet roads becoming possible, there will potentially be some road impacts Thursday night and the Friday for I 25 and I 90 in Wyoming, Western South Dakota and South Eastern Montana, I 25 across Colorado to Northern New Mexico and I 70 across Colorado lingering rain showers tonight on into maybe early Wednesday and there will be some areas of rain and snow in

4:11the monument area of I 25 South of Denver and North of Colorado Springs, some reduced visibility of possibility on I 25 Denver to Colorado Springs, otherwise mainly wet roads, possibly a touch of slush right in the monument area, the highest stretch of I 25 between Denver and Colorado Springs, otherwise temps too warm for any slush or especially slick conditions, touch the lingering snow on Eisenhower and maybe veil passes tonight, but everything will be ending overnight tonight in the Colorado Mountains, favorable conditions on Wednesday, a little bit of wind Southern Colorado Northern New Mexico along the I 25 corridor on Thursday with redeveloping rain and high elevation snowfall along the I 70 corridor, especially from about the continental divides of veil pass on Westward late Thursday with expanding rain and snow then Thursday night in the Friday for Colorado roadways.
