0:00Folks, and welcome your day weather regional travel impact forecast on the second of March. We are your local and expert source of road weather impact forecasting for commercial vehicle operators and the traveling public and the Rocky Mountains and high planes. I'm day weather meter all adjust mark here. We're going to have a couple Pacific storm systems and week cold fronts impact the Rocky Mountain West and primarily the central Rocky Mountains and also adjacent high planes for this first week of March. The surface map is valid for tomorrow morning. Tuesday the 3rd of March and here currently we have a low pressure system that's out over the great basin region that's working its way westward right along the Colorado Wyoming border area. We don't need real good cold air associated with this so elevations below about 7,000 feet. Mostly going to see some rain showers or rain snow mix of the wet spring snow across the higher elevations and we will see potentially some travel impacts not only in a mountain

1:01passes but also sections of I 80 through Wyoming over the next 24 to 36 hours and a secondary weather system that's just off the Pacific coast will work its way into and through the region late this week late Thursday into Friday and Saturday and we do have those two storm systems that's going to impact the region for this week with lower elevations below about 7,000 feet seen rain showers or rain snow mix above about 7,000 feet wet snow and some slushy to even slick road passes or road mountain passes should be expected and the first system impacting the Rocky Mountain West and high planes late today through late Tuesday then we're going to warm up nicely dry out Wednesday and another weather system late Thursday through early Saturday here in the Rockies and high planes. 2:05sections of investor Nebraska and Eastern of Wyoming as you head from Eastern Wyoming towards the Cheyenne area. Rain showers and a little rain snow mix potentially as we work our way into early Tuesday morning Tuesday morning some lingering rain and snow showers just wet roads though across the renovations by 80 and they'll be mostly dry by the PM for the higher elevations by 80 west of Cheyenne to Laramie on to Rollins and even west of Rollins the Rock Springs the Utah Wyoming state line and through the Wasatch front towards the Salt Lake area we're going to be looking at PM and overnight rain and snow switching to a wet snow early Tuesday morning and we will see wet to some slushy roads for I 80 above about 7,000 feet and this includes western sections between Rollins and Rock Springs Rock Springs the Wyoming Utah state line especially the three sisters area towards Lyman and Granger along the I 80 corridor and the high elevations west of

3:07Evanston those slushy roads will linger into early Tuesday morning then we're going to be looking at primarily wet even some dry PM roads as we will be drying out north to south and west to east over the course of Tuesday with favorable conditions along all of I 80 western Nebraska and Eastern Utah for your Tuesday night and Wednesday I 25 across Wyoming I 90 western South Dakota northern Wyoming and Southeast in Montana it's going to be the southern sections of I 25 Casper to Douglas South to Cheyenne to the Colorado Wyoming state line it's going to see overnight rain showers in a little rain snow mix in some rain and snow showers early Tuesday morning mostly dry by the PM hours of tomorrow and we're just going to be seeing wet roads thanks in part to all the recent warmth we've been having but also lower elevation temperatures below about 7,000 feet while they will trend cold enough for a little bit of some AM rain or snow shower activity
