Welcome to Wisdom for the Day. In a world that keeps shifting, this is where we return to what holds us steady. Let's begin today grounded, focused, and standing strong. Today is day 72. Storms grow your faith. From 1st Peter, chapter 1, verses 6 and 7, from the New Living Translation. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. Your faith is far more precious than mere gold. Trials test your faith, but they also refine it. Like gold in the fire, storms can purify your heart and draw you closer to God. It may feel painful now, but God is building something eternal in you. And one day, I promise you'll see the fruit of this season.
Let's pray. Lord God, help me to trust that you're using this storm to grow my faith, that this season, that this particular storm is just a small part of your plan, and it really is nothing when you look at eternity. I ask His in Jesus' name, amen. All right, today, write down one way that a past storm strengthened your faith. Let it encourage you in today's challenges. You know, sometimes looking back at the storms of our life and see how God holds you out of it can help you get through the new storms, okay? I love you, I'll see you tomorrow. The wisdom for the day is produced by Lauren King, recorded at the Upper Room Studios with intro and outro music by Weston McCurrie. I'm Rick Ujas.
