David Axelrod Breaks Down Kamala Harris’s Messaging and Strategy

The former senior advisor to President Barack Obama earned Biden’s ire in the process (and a colorful nickname to go along with it), but time proved him right. And now, he’s calling on Democrat’s to temper their “irrational exuberance.”
