1300 Turnvereine, 65’000 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer, 300’000 Besucherinnen und Besucher: In Lausanne findet momentan der grösste Breitensportanlass der Schweiz statt, das Eidgenössische Turnfest ETF.
Trotzdem kennt man das ETF ausserhalb der Turnschweiz kaum. Ganz anders als der zweite traditionelle Grossanlass, der in diesem Jahr noch stattfindet: das ESAF, das Eidgenössische Schwing- und Älplerfest.
