We got up there, it wasn't the lawn. And all of a sudden we're chatting and like, hey we have this idea about sustainable giving. I think this all came about, so can I tell you heart?

I don't know, celebrity whisperer, this is the dude. He reunited, reunited, Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier. Do you craze it is? What type of yes causing mastery that took and he did it when he was high. He was the man that Hulk Hogan looked to for advice, guidance, speaker, agency, God rest Hulk Hogan soul, a dear friend of Darren's. He once worked with the amazing Pamela Anderson for a long period of time. I mean the dude works now with magic Johnson, David Goggins, extraordinary human beings of all sorts and kinds.

2:08Charlie Sheen, he brought Ralph Machio to our this podcast before. He is a celebrity whisperer and whatever celebrities I say, there's a whole longer list but much more importantly, he's from Jersey originally. He's not a Hollywood guy. Yeah, they took him from us. But the guy also is a philanthropist, his book, Aiming High, International Bestseller was all about his journey through addiction 18 years of sobriety. That's what this man has. And his story continues with contribution and philanthropy through his Aiming High foundation. We got a galo coming up lots of talk about. But first Darren friends welcome welcome. What are you doing? The great state in New Jersey. Yes, part two. You're in the great state of New Jersey. Why are you here? Well, I came to see you came to see my sister and a couple of friends and it's just been an incredible weekend with you. Awesome. Well, I thank you for that. And so what I want to show you right now is what Darren and I were doing a few minutes ago because I think this is like we're just in like total like chill vibe. That's our ocean out there. That's my backyard by the way. We're coming from Long Beach Island, New Jersey, the heart and soul of my life, my family, and Darren and I a few minutes ago were about to do this.

3:16So that's Darren and I getting ready to hit the surf and I surf a couple of waves. And then it was Darren's turn to go with a blind guy. If you don't know, I am actually blind. I'm the making eye contact with Darren and the camera. But yes, this crazy man. Crazy or anything ever do with substances way back in the day is going into the rough violent Atlantic ocean with a blind man. And here as you can see it. Couple punches from like a pillow creed meets Mike Tyson is also done a lot of great things with Mr. Mike Tyson. Darren's getting bumped and battered, but you know what Darren kept getting up. So Darren, what was the surfing like? What was that piece of the puzzle? We have so much to talk about today. Stay with us because we're going to talk about how you get to meet somebody like Darren, how you create amazing things in the world and how you rise your identity because he started with super humble beginnings. It's a crazy story. We're going to highlight it very quickly, talk about where he is and where we're going from here, what sustainable giving philanthropy, taking this podcast to the moon, integrity, incredible contribution.

4:17But Darren surfing ocean. What's up? I think the surfing was amazing. I mean, we tried three rounds. I think it was 10 to 12 attempts. Do you think it would have been worse to fight Tyson for three rounds or that ocean? I mean, I got a pretty bad cut on my knee. I got a bruise on this knee, a swollen right toe. I'm a little battered, but I mean if the waves run so strong, probably it would have gone another round or dip. And here's Darren Prince. He's standing up. Look at this. This is the man. Freeze frame it. He's up on that surfboard. Did you not do it? We got we got up there. It wasn't the long as done, but eventually we we got up. And I think maybe give it a shot in the morning. All right. Yeah. Up better. So Mr. David Goggins, if you watch this, you may run ultra marathon. You're an amazing human being, but this brother battles that he's like a Navy seal out there, a Navy seal and training. So with everybody out there, we're super grateful. And I want you to bring president for a second. Like, what is it for you in the world that brings you here today?

5:18I just look and escape for a minute. Like, all right, let's check something out here. Or is there something that's a more that you're seeking? Is it more financial abundance? Maybe it's more scaling, leverage duplication, time freedom. You know, you're you're burning the midnight oil, putting the time in. Or maybe it's more magic and impact you want to create. What's it for you? Just like bring that president quick visual of it for DARREN and myself, we're in the magic journey. And we'll talk about that in a second. The impact, the philanthropy. But what is it for you that brings you here because I believe you like turn your listening on like dial in at that level for this conversation and the more you're seeking? So Darren, you've been through a lot in the past year. Since last week's book, you've lost your mom. You've lost your beloved amazing dog.

6:18And you just had a transition your life from an amazing extraordinary woman as you say all the time. And please brother, what's it been like for you? Because people out there, they got challenges too. What's going on? And hope, everything on my life. 24. And people celebrity name drop. I know for a fact because I've had the privilege of speaking to a number of these incredible humans and couldn't some of that magic Johnson. These aren't names there and drops. He doesn't just make a little bit of money with them and do a service. These are people that are near and dear to his heart and he's near and dear to theirs. And so I've met a lot of folks who name drop this man. And I have the privilege of being like inside that circle. These people love him and he loves them. So please the loss of Hulk Hogan as well. Forgive me for not mentioning that, please. So, you know, I feel that I feel in life is somebody that's a killer and that's always working on elevating myself each day to get closer to God and be more of service and, you know, healings and ongoing journey for all of us.

7:22And, you know, I could have chose to focus on, you know, the bad of losing my mom and Hulk and my beloved Rodney, my dog from his 14 years. And, you know, the heartache of a broken engagement with Newtza. But because of the personal development work I've done, you got introduced to one of the key four members of my Mount Rushmore personal development launch last night. What's up, launch? Now I do a lot of breath work, a lot of meditating, grounding. I've got my 12 step recovery spiritual meetings right at the top. It's my healing high foundation and serving others that are needed substance abuse everyday people as well as veterans that we fly in. I just think that my buddy Brian, he spoke to Marty this morning. Another good friend for that frequency work. I just think this world sometimes we just get wrapped up from the neck up and what's going on in life. And I think we all have these tools for sure to change our perspective and perception and look at every situation different and more positive light of what we had and not what we're losing or what we have and not what we're not getting.

8:32Amen. Now for anybody like that you're a red alert or spidey senses or tingling mind tingle too. I am always super concerned about authenticity and integrity. We're not talking about Darren. But when I start hearing mindset work, breath work, frequency, imagery, visualization, shaman, I start to go like, I think I think I should break out not because I don't believe in the power of mindset, the power of our neural connections, the possibility of creating these visions that come to reality. I do believe in that, but I also believe because it's a very subjective area that there's so many people that are really not integrity and even those that are leaning well are very unmasterful. Darren starts talking about that stuff and we hadn't kind of made that step forward. I know it's real with him because I know that not only does he get his mindset squared away and I'm blind that we call their self mastery, but his influence mastery is at the highest level in the world with the most complex and challenging humans who have people coming at them from every single conceivable direction and his process mastery is extraordinary as well because he's also thinking about like which just do I cause.

9:52Darren's not out there talking to everybody. He's incredibly loving and remarkably intentional and boundary filled. So when Darren starts talking about this stuff, you know, I'm like curious like what does all that mean to him. And we've done a lot of beautiful things together whenever I got to California Darren and I get together and we have a meal. We had breakfast with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse with my daughter Selena and our last trip out to California. He's become a real friend and I use the word friend very cautiously and I had a wonderful time at my friend and now your friend Jay Shetty sells. Thank you. What the Jay Shetty and had the podcast and I thank you for that brother as well. And Darren came to our event. But all these incredible speakers last October. It was nine speakers. It was just a breakthrough event. So it's helped us get this podcast to number one in Apple Business podcast. So, but and I got to interrupt please dinner with sugar a Leonard. Yes, and I expect this son of a B like mother effort brings sugar a Leonard to dinner a hero of mine.

10:52I'm out of my mind. I'm sitting next to sugar a Leonard pepper corns restaurant in woodclap lake New Jersey. This like tiny little cool bar grill restaurant and like sugar a is like bumping in me and like bumping in me like we're like 12 year old kids having fun. I've tears coming down my face. Thank him for it. That's what this man's all about. But we've never stayed over in the same place together. So when I heard about the breakup and my heart goes out to you and newtza right the transition out of an engagement whatever language is that you would use. And newtza is an incredible star and hyper talented person and so is Darren. You know, I was like brother, you know, not in a way of like like let's go like roar like dudes and you know put women down and say why like Darren so right or anything. Because it's not like that for him. I said like I love you like come to want to be child anytime you want to. And very few people take you up on it. And Darren did he's like I can't come this weekend but I'm up for next weekend. I'm like yes. He's actually gonna come. And so Darren came down and I don't know we're like two dudes down here by

11:58ourselves and like what are we gonna do right go out and like you know drink and drug. Oh we don't do those things. So we decided to go out and have dinner and he's like you know I got this great mindset work that I do. I'm like yeah I hear you talk about a lot like tell me. He's like well this guy's like a shaman. I'm like oh shaman okay. I'm like oh tell me more brother. I love you and I'm definitely not gonna be brooder district. He's like let me call him. I'm like oh my god he's gonna call a shaman. I'm gonna like this is the stuff I make fun of not all the work but of how much like whacking is in these spaces. I'm like okay and the guy's like blessings brother. I am launch and I'm always like exaggerating. I'm like oh my god. And then like three hours later I feel like I had a new amazing friend and launch and launch took me through one of his sessions and I've done a lot of work my entire life of like if you I've never done plant medicine I've never done a drug but I've done incredibly diverse mindset work all

13:02way back to my peak performance baseball career in high school it took me from not starting for city as a sophomore in high school to 100 offers from Division 1 schools and by the end of my junior year. So I believe in imagery visualization the power of mindset but I also believe it's got to be connected to how to I just talked to sky and like this son of a be again just like what sugar a Leonard I'm here to serve him and he delivers an amazing human to my life and amazing experience and always full transparency what did I work on I worked on my pleasing you know I like to make people happy I like to see us people and maybe just maybe I was pleasing Darren a little bit and say yes to getting the this life coach and I was like okay like I did it but I I work on that pattern and it was a remarkable outcome so I want to thank you brother and if you want mine sharing and I have some of this may sound like a step out there especially for the lawyers that are here a calendar here financial service providers that are here some more corporate types maybe less for some of the coaches and trainers that are out there listening but I really stand in the space of

14:07Darren's commitment to his self mastery my language that his he'll give his language right self mastery be building master self and he's gotten incredible set of habits and routines and PS whenever people in the pocket like so tell me about your morning routine I don't like that like it's we need to be better than that more than that but I don't believe in discipline I think a lot of people could be disciplined without consistency so you know for me having 18 plus years sober you know several years ago I wanted to do the deep inner work

15:10and so now like my days start with 45 minutes of no contact in fact my dad chase at ease house Jay told me he does 90 minutes and I feel that when we can wake up and and I in just 90 minutes of no contact just please for these so I feel like what it 90 minutes what is no contact basically no contact to the phone whatsoever no nothing to the outside world no social media no emails no phone calls no taxes so he sits still with himself and the self guided meditation so I fortunately have lunch a month a month till make a brand new audio for me that one goes about 25 minutes I do breath work I like grounding metal to 500 lips on the jump rope I'll lead from I'll read from my 12 step literature recovery literature which puts a strong emphasis on God and serving others I know is working through character deep ask is none of us are perfect but it's also allowed me to live in this just unbelievable authentic frequency of just I am who I am

16:11I don't regret anything on right I wrote about it my book being arrested four times in my 20 20 20 when I was 20 21 for possession charge of money I'm sorry success was in possession to distribute possession to give to friends you know I just wanted to be that guy with money party and whatever it might have been just to get everybody together and and then by the way started in the card baseball or baseball court baseball court business as a 15 15 year old 14 14 and then by the time there's like 20 21 he's making how much money we make half a million a year half a million bucks a year he's crushing life and he's developed problems with substance so please yes so you know I look back at all these moments in my life then when I transitioned that at baseball courts I started booking autograph signings from Muhammad Ali magic Johnson Chevy Chase Pamela Anderson and gotten a lot of trouble during an FBI investigation very open about it got a felony charge for I guess my own lie I thought the

17:15source of these dealing with on these a lot of grassroots legit and he was in and I kind of gave them a story about the guy protecting him that sort of blew up on my face and was one of those transitional periods in life where magic came to my rescue and magic meaning magic Johnson superstar Los Angeles Lakers that I'm so grateful to Aaron has been on the unblinded podcast and we had an incredible time together magic and I said some really beautiful things about me and this place that's what this man does and remember could you imagine like you're talking to magic Johnson who's a superstar in the world Darren has a felony charge big challenges in the world why did magic help you do you think at that time we have this beautiful conversation and my dad pushed me my dad rest in peace to speak to him and he's he's like I thought being an agent I had to go to the law school for eight years my dad told me the power of influence and said life is about who you know now what you know you have

18:15magic in Joe Montana and Oli in Frazier goes magic still on that really not that they all in standby but he really stood by why didn't she talk to about your vision and I was with them a few weeks later I told them I want to start my agent saying and he told me magical words that were one exactly like this that I'm going to give you two years you're a good dude and you made a mistake in the public eye and I know all about making mistakes mine is was a few years after his HIV announcement and he goes but if you don't use me in those years bring all the celebrities you can to really expand upon your agency you're not going to make it with the two years because life is how successful I can make you and everybody else around me because you're going to do the same and I'm going to be a success in the role of sports and entertainment they've never seen before fast forward you know it's a multi-billion dollar empire so I understood then is what magic Johnson's now in multi-billionaire yes so now I understood then first off there's no judgment in Darren Prince's mindset because here is one of the

19:17all-time great kings not judging may understanding I made a mistake I own it I feel that if that moment in life never happened there's no white prince mark and group exists you know everybody's got a track record everybody's got to pass so once I got sober obviously my agency started blowing up and exploding I wanted to do deeper work Sean because look I'm not mentioning names that don't call people I don't judge but there's a lot of people in that frequency that are focused from this space and you can watch their social media and you can see them on stages and you can see it's all about the sales and this and that and as somebody that's a healer that lives in the frequency all day long I just get this feeling literally my nervous system and I can tell you right away the real ones and the ones that aren't as authentic now look I don't fall because I guess they're helping certain people but for me it goes in this order peace happiness happiness brings fulfillment

20:17fulfillment brings abundance and that's when I want to strive for every day those four things awesome but I love hearing that for sure so and one of the things to have practical take aways for you is when you're working with people it's not about judging them but it is about assessing performance so one thing is to say somebody is lazy versus saying hey they didn't hustle on that play and they consistently don't hustle so you're not saying that they're lazy and judging them in a net but you're recognizing patterns and characteristics in people and one of the patterns that Darren brings forward and we talk about as a core beginning of the definition of integrity is whether somebody is a net taker or is behaving as a net giver with great patterns of consistency and of course there's always situations in our life we can look back and say I've received more than I've given I often say this about Tony Robbins that I still feel indebted to him for all the incredible things that he unlocked in my life that

21:23was possible to unlock I feel indebted to my high school athletic coaches that I still feel that I am so on the short side of giving to them but that doesn't make me a net taker right overall in life and I hope that I'm seen I believe I am by most people that know me super well as a tremendous net giver so what Darren is looking for what I'm looking for first is for us to be net givers and to find and surround ourselves also with net givers and this goes back to the beginning of the session we're talking to Darren like he's coming here and a lot of people would be bitter, blaming, judgmental, frustrated, attacking, coming through any transition in a relationship it's a very normal way people behave not that guy that guy couldn't have said more beautiful things about newtza and that guy couldn't have been in a positive way to give to me and I'm just here the entire purpose of me being here wasn't even to do this we had this setup,

22:23this couple of team members you know thanks Michael and I'll leave me down here this was for me to film videos we had a film and all of a sudden we're chatting like hey we have this idea about sustainable giving and the podcast, a gala that we have coming up you know Darren's mission I'm like do you want to do Stu podcast like after you get out of the water and he's like yeah let's go and so like that's how this came to be but in between he's introducing me to his incredible life coach and I believe most life coaches are really suboptimal and I do coach people on their lives but this is really tremendous work that we're doing at a much more masterful and deep level and then he's just here making introductions and talking about to do things and this is a man whose hearts banged up he said a really really really challenging year but that's what the patterns of someone behaving as a net giver look like so for you to really think about look around your life not judging people around you but having empathy for them but really hey it's like can they play quarterback can they play point guard hey are they behaving like a net giver

23:27it's in that way and if you're not clear on that you can really have some pain and some heartache and he's lots of that sir I love the analogy on the takers and the givers and ironically I spoke to Newtza three days ago she's in her country George who just had this incredible historic concert summer concert I mean there must have been 10,000 people there and she was buzzing and the content on her social media looks absolutely unbelievable and we start we always have these beautiful life talks because remember we were besties age and client for 2 and a half years we've been having engaged and that came up that now there's certain people tap that time in my life where doing inventory of a couple people that just it feels like a hundred to zero and they're taking to giving frequency I'm okay if it's 99 to one okay I'll give 99 to a little bit of one once in a while but it's when the energy just starts going and being depleted and depleted doesn't

24:30mean they're bad people it just means they might not be my people right where you have to start limiting the access to us doesn't mean I might not speak to them a half a dozen times a year see them a few times a year but they're going to take me down from my frequency rather than me bringing them up amen and so it's like and we've been taught to be nice to people to give people the benefit of the doubt to we've been taught that if we don't have strong clear and convincing beyond the reasonable doubt proof then we can't think somebody is not a neck giver with the make excuses for other people and we don't in this space believe that at all you know if you're an animal in the wild and you hear a twig snap head looks you have to think there's danger so we offer you an invitation to think hey let's have

25:31unconditional love let's have unconditional respect but unconditional love unconditional respect do not equal unconditional trust and what if trust is something that people earn as they go through stages you have a five year old daughter of you know four children 23 24 26 and five and my children whenever allowed to be alone with people and because people didn't cross that trust barrier and the only way I would have crossed that trust barrier with people is if we had a camera on they didn't know it and they had a sustained amount of time with my child not knowing the camera was there that would be a relevant test to build trust even if I love and respected the person so the invitation this conversation is to not feel judge not let's not be judgmental but let's also not feel judgmental when we're deciding whether or not somebody is a quarterback aka also known as a neck giver and based on like neck

26:32giving neck taking we can then determine how much space this person could take up in our life and let's also determine hey are we neck givers versus neck takers and my hallucination is that most of you out there watching this right now are actually a neck giver at heart and maybe it hurt maybe it beat up and maybe that neck giver makes you feel foolish and stupid it's strongly has me and it definitely has his brother as well but we always want to be neck givers we just want to find our way to building our ecosystem with a lot more neck givers not judging the takers just building neck givers around us because that's how we merge ecosystems and make one plus one equal a lot more than two which is coming up in our conversation in a little bit about we're up to about the gala but any of the thoughts brother yeah I mean I think we said it's perfect Shawn but that's also why the personal development work and the healing is so important because there's a lot of people that are givers and they're giving from a wrong place they're

27:35giving for validation they're giving for lack of they're giving for a void they might have gotten from their mother or father or unresolved trauma from relationships or friendships or businesses that they got screwed over you know it's got to be from an authentic place in understanding why we're doing what we're doing and I think that's what I love about the work I've done because I've picked you know certain relationship over the years that weren't meant to be you know where I could have seen things coming you know sooner many years ago when I've done the work with launch I've picked certain business associates that you know wanting something to work out so bad but it was meant to be I stayed in it because my heart was a lot bigger than the my brain expanding upon looking at reality yes and I think we're all a work in progress and I think even something so simple as breath work for somebody breathing through your nose five minutes a day five minutes a day put an eye mask on you do nasal breathing for

28:37five minutes a day and Aaron's got some people blowing away he's got some clear nasal passages having half that Atlantic Ocean but yes five minutes of breathing through your nose a day he's saying and it's something that really hit I invite you again to consider this is what if when we become truly authentically net givers that we get a little challenge because we're looking for people to give to and sometimes when you know you have a seagull with a broken wing and you take that seagull into your arm because you feel like it's in need of support that doesn't mean the seagull the broken wing isn't a net taker so because somebody has had trauma has had pain that you can give something to them never get that confused with that person being a net giver and I think Darren and I have shared a lot about our past where we've wanted to give and we found wounded net people be having his net takers because they're wounded doesn't mean you shouldn't give

29:41something but don't give all of you it's not it's not even somebody giving back to us you understand this abundantly mind itarily you could just feel somebody when they're genuine checking in once in a while seeing how you're carrying the giving could be carrying you know my business is a little light one hour I'm going for it to flourish or things are tough bunching me at Starbucks I'll take you for a couple of cloth those little things are pouring into us we don't need big things amen or just perhaps expression of gratitude can be given like hey Darren brother thinking about you Dan Fleischman introduced us I'm going to call Dan Fleischman and say hey Dan I love you brother thank you for this incredible introduction of Darren Prince we spent some time together building some beautiful things that doesn't happen without you thank you Dan right that's giving to people that could fill their heart so so in by the way we got a Athena course in place on this so Athena I know you've

32:48amazing memorabilia I went to the original WrestleMania love it but went Hulk past a couple of people when I said how much I love him made comments about his political position they may have been wrong I know what they were and that's why I think she stood her around because they they've been running an interview with her with Trump and other you know Obama and Biden and she just never made a comment I know personally Terry you know aka Hulk he just after that assassination attempt that's when he put his foot down and he felt that it was time to get support Trump that he had a long relationship with but Dolly I mean 100% is you're crazy I mean race create color sexual or into I mean just one was just salted the earth I never opportunity to meet her yeah and and so how does this resonate or not with all you guys right Darren thank you for bringing up Dolly Parton so I don't watch the news I don't listen to the news

33:54and I have people around me that tell me anything they think I need to know and then I'll do some research but I legitimately do not watch the news I I've never been on social media in my entire life I'm blind I've never actually been on social media do you have all these like a Instagram account YouTube account I do people run that for me I've never been on it I don't scroll it I don't search it I have no relationship directly with social media at all whatsoever right so when things like this happen I didn't know that I part and passed away and somebody mentioned it to me humans tell me things I screen that to the prison of like what I believe I don't believe about them but I hear about Dolly Parton I'm like wow like that's really sad and then I hear that the flags are flying at half mast I'm like what that's weird I wasn't offended by it and by the way I love this country there's an American flag flying off of this beach house there's two American flags flying off the beach house over there and that's a non-political statement for me it's just I love this country I'm grateful for I'm grateful for its imperfections I'm grateful for all the
