About this episode
Danny Castillo worked for a time in marketing in sales. He hated it. At the age of 28, much later than people typically get started, Danny decided to do a complete career shift and start professionally fighting in the UFC. He had to train hard, and he brought his work ethic to the table. He has since begun his own business, a palates studio based in Sacramento and has started a family.
All of these things require a sense of discipline and a willingness to take on challenges that come with that. With his busy schedule, he still finds the time to give back to the community by getting involved with Make A Wish and helping members of his community improve their health through his business.
