This kicks off with the meeting at Government House, with Victorian Governor Margaret Gardner on Tuesday morning. It's part of their six-day tour down under, the first official state visit from Denmark in 40 years. The couple touched down in Australia on Saturday, starting at Luru in Central Australia. From there, they headed to Canberra on Sunday for a formal welcome and a state dinner with the Prime Minister, Governor General, and Opposition, Leader. On Monday, they paid respects at the Australian War Memorial in the Capitol. This marks their first joint trip since Frederick took the throne in January 2024 and is their fourth official visit to Australia. Together, the last one back in 2013.
