About this episode
Today we're talking about Daily Prompts; those short, simple questions that get you writing when the brain fog kicks in.
During the episode, I gave you two sets of prompts. For the full context make sure you listen to the episode, but here they are.
Here are a few of my favourite go-to prompts:
- What’s on my mind right now?
- What do I need today?
- What am I avoiding?
- What’s gone well lately?
- What am I learning about myself?
You don’t have to use them all. Just pick one that fits the day.
PLUS...
- Monday - “What do I want to achieve this week?”
- Tuesday - “What’s draining my energy right now?”
- Wednesday - “What am I proud of?”
- Thursday - “What would I do if I wasn’t afraid of failing?”
- Friday - “Who or what made this week better?”
That following weekend, read them back. You’ll start to see patterns, little clues about what really matters to you.
Let me know how you get on with these. Please get in touch with any questions and of course, your feedback too. Email - [email protected]
