About this episode
As Judas arrives with the soldiers to arrest Jesus, Jesus comes forward asking who they are looking for. When the soldiers say that Jesus is the one they're looking for, Jesus answers, "I am he" -- I am the one. In some sense we're all looking for Jesus -- tne one who will bring us true freedom and life, even if we do not recognize who he is or why we're ultimately looking.

For Reflection:
When people came looking for Jesus, he responded, "I am he." There was power in Jesus' words and fear in their response, but Jesus asked again, "Who is it you want?"
- The people in this scene all had different reasons they were looking for Jesus. When you first began to consider Jesus, when you first came looking, what were you looking for? Why were you searching for Jesus?
- How have you changed since then? Why do you look for Jesus today? Who or what do you seek from Jesus?
