Daily Devo | Loving As Jesus Loved (Practicing the Way, John 13:33-35)
About this episode
Christian community is built upon a new law. The old law already commanded that we should love one another. What is new about Jesus' command is that he personally showed the way, "Just as I have loved you, you should love each other" (v34). Jesus' love does not create a closed circle. Instead, it is a living testimony of God's love to the world.

Jesus gives us a new command: to love one another just as he has loved us!
- How does Jesus’ example redefine what love in community should look like?
- What do Jesus' words say about who you are and what the purpose of your life might be?
- What might God invite you, your family, your small group, or your church community to do in order to show God's to the world?
