Welcome to Coffee and Clevver. Welcome. Here's your niece and I'm Claudia. And hello Gary. Hey ladies, how you doing? Good, how are you? I'm doing great. Gary, your tan is still. And I'm holding mom to it as long as I can. I'm trying to win her. Do anything fun on vacation? Yeah, I just did a lot of relaxing and actually met a girl out there that's why I kind of stayed there. What? So here you go. Might be off the market soon. Wow. We need the details. Yeah. I'll tell you guys. Serious. The hot tea. Yeah. Okay. Next episode. We'll change it back to you guys. I like the new cards you guys have. Those are cool. Thank you. Looking very professional. Leveling up. Level up. Yeah. New podcast studio. New everything. Yeah, I love this. It's so cool. It's so you guys. It's so us. It is. We just need like a bunch of boobs on the wall. That's definitely us. I love that. Speaking of boobs. What's the topic today?
Dad bought versus six pack up. This is a tough one. I feel like I feel like no matter what we say in this episode, we're just going to get this people off. Somebody's going to be upset. What is Lini more attracted to? Well, I mean, who's not attracted to six pack ups, right? I know that's not realistic for everyone. Yeah, and to maintain. Yeah. I'm most attracted to someone that's fit. They don't have to have the six pack. But dad bought a six pack is so hard to get unless you're literally just shredded in like skinny as a guy. Yeah. I feel like they're just like so. I mean, people get it. They're just so. What about you? I don't love a six pack. I honestly don't. I think, and you know why? Because I think my history of like competing in competitors and like seeing men with six
packs. I understand, first of all, how much effort it takes and effort sexy. Yeah. But with effort also comes if you're dating a guy that has six pack abs, you're not going out to eat. Yeah. He's not drinking with you, which you know, drinking is not important. But like he's not having fun with you and he's not having dessert with you. Those things are important too. It is for me. Yeah. Like date nights for me are super important. So if I have a guy with six pack, like I know what that takes and that's not the type person that's going to make me happy long term because truthfully, like a lot of guys with six packs, like they're brinky fucking assholes. Yeah, because your life's miserable in my work. They're starving. Yeah, when you go to chicken and rice. You go to dinner and you bring your own food. You're like, oh, like I saw this one thing. This guy was like out to dinner. He's like, cook the chick, like cook the steak and like no oil, no butter. I used to do that when we competed and I think that's so like unattractive. Vegetables, like white rice. That's it. It's like on. Oh, and you can't have a drink. You can't have dessert. That's why it's so just, I mean, you would know more than anyone how hard and almost attainable,
but unattainable is for normal people to get abs and keep them. It's all about eating. Yeah. No, it's it's I like a guy. For me, honestly, what's more important for me is like back and shoulders. Yeah. I don't know why shoulders are so sex. Yeah, I like a nice like wide back like lats. Like because that shows like I feel like abs. You could just be skinny and have abs. Yeah, exactly. Because that's what's going to show when you're skinny naturally. Yeah. But you're not going to have like a nice wide back unless you're just a large man. Yeah. That unless you like train. Mm-hmm. Abs are easy. Yeah. Like I hate when guys are like, why the absolute? Yeah, but you're skinny as I am. So I should. Right? Yeah. I don't know. I'm not an ab girl. So you guys are pretty similar. You like someone who's who's straight but like still is able to enjoy their life and not be like, no, I can't eat that. I can eat that or have to. Yeah, no way. You know, like white rice, chicken, broccoli, and it's just like, it's just I feel like
it's exhausting. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Let's get and let's drink and let's, you know, like let's have fun. Yeah. Like when I was prepping for shows and my husband was prepping for shows, there were a lot of times where like we would go to like certain functions like family, you know, things even like a Christmas. And we have to bring our own food. Oh. Like do you know how annoying that is? Good. Yeah. And if you have a guy with like legitimate abs like like Ravioli's like you are eating like that. And it's like it's embarrassing. Like I understand you're getting ready for a show, but like your family sitting down for a beautiful Christmas dinner and I hold on. We got to get ours out. Yeah. If you think people totally look at you like, oh my god. What? And I hope they do because it's stupid to me. It's absolutely fucking stupid. I think it's like offensive for people to like you brought your own fucking food. Yeah. Like you, you can't trust that, you know, sorry, we're on prep. It's like, it's so selfish. Yeah. It's so bad. Yeah.
I have, I can't do it honestly. Yeah. Yeah. You think it's almost just like a thing where girls obviously, you know, like just think of like magic Mike and all girls like those guys are all so hot, but they're all like ramp with six backs and stuff. But like you think majority of women like guys that are like, you know, fit but not like overly fit but not like fact kind of in the middle. Yeah. I think in the back. You enjoy, you enjoy your life. You can eat, but you still want to work out and be healthy. But not overly. So it's like in the middle. That's ideal for sure. It is. Yeah. Yeah. Just show effort. Yeah. Yeah. Like if there was like a scale like let's say there's like a scale of like one through five five being like absolutely fit and shredded and Vainy and full on abs and like one was like an overweight guy like for me like a three four. Yeah. Yeah. Three four. Yeah. Like I like veins. I like seeing veins. It's like a five back, the abs. I just, I rather you have a little bit of like a pooch honestly.
Yeah. Than have abs. Yeah. Because I know you're having fun and you're you're taking me out to dinner and all that fun. Yeah, you're enjoying life. Yeah. Yeah. I wonder like how many people watching. Abs on you. Or labs on you. Labs. Where. Where are you at. Tell us in the comments cuz I think we need to know. Do men, okay, here's a good question for you, Gary. Cause you're a man. Do men care about abs on women? Like women care about abs on men? I definitely do not think it's the same. No. I think, I mean, for me, I am really not attracted to abs on women. Really? I don't like a muscular woman, like in abs, I just feel like it's just too much. I feel like women like guys with abs because it's like they're so sexy and big and everything. And it's like shows a guy's like really fit, but like I think it's like a specific guy who likes like, abs on women. Me, it's just not for me.
I almost am in the middle too. Like I like someone who works out, but not as overly crazy working out, but can still eat and like, you know, your fit, but like kind of in the middle, exactly almost how you guys are saying. Where you work out, but you're not like, oh, I can't eat that. I can't eat that. I don't eat carbs. Like I don't eat that. It's like you have to be able to like enjoy your life or just makes everyone kind of miserable on the way. So when you were at your absoluteliness, because you're small, like and you work out, you take care of yourself. When you were at your absoluteliness, do you feel the best at your absoluteliness and like most shredded or do you feel like you like yourself better when you have like a little weight on you? Well, when I'm really, really lean, I start seeing things I don't like, like rippling in my titties. My face, if it gets too skinny, I start seeing more lines. Yeah. That's the stuff you guys do with, yeah, when you get really lean, it's like you start seeing more stuff like your boobs, start, you know, yeah, you get the rippling. And then it's like, I feel like girls like where their butts are nice. And it's like all that fat is going away. We have fat boobs. Yeah, and it's like, That ass is gone. Blonde that lean.
It's just gone. That's a problem with like ozemic right now and like all these like shots and stuff. Yeah. People are getting like that like really like the face is like, yeah, you can tell too. You can tell ozemic face for sure, where it's like the skeleton. You worked out, you took ozemic. You can tell right away. And I just, I feel like it's just like the world now is like, that's what everyone thinks. Like you're overweight just like, or you want to lose weight, take ozemic. It's not like you're awake, go work out or watch what you eat. It's like just take gop 1. That's what's so fucked about it, I think. I know. Yeah. And there are people that could really benefit from a gop 1. Yeah. And then there's people that are just totally abusing it. It just makes everyone so lazy because you're just like, well, I want to lose weight. So I'll just take that and it makes you naughty. I mean, I would never take that shit. It's just what about you? Where have you felt your best being from coming from, you know, competing? competing? Yeah. I will honestly say so at my absoluteness and just for record, I'm 5'6 and like right now, I'm about like 135 pounds. So my absoluteliness, I was probably 109 when I was competing.
So that's a lot of weight from 109 to 135. My happy place is like 127, 128. That's where I'm like, I feel my best. 109, I look like Skeletor. Like all of like this in my face was just like sunken in, no ass at all. Like if I stood against the wall, like you could, I would have camouflage, like literally completely flat. But you know, for like competing, like that was like rewarded. Yeah. So what was hard for me personally was, I came from a modeling background where you're supposed to be skinny, right? Like that's you are. And then you go into competing where they're rewarding skinny. And then so it's hard to like tell your brain, like it's okay to not be 109 pounds because like people applaud you for that. So I feel like my best is like 127 where like I see like some like lines in the stomach, like a little ab definition, like shoulders look good,
arms look good, well they look because of Doc Vegas. Not as I'm working out hard. But like that 127 marked for me, I think I look back now at like competing and I'm like that's too much. Yeah. It's way too much. Yeah. Have you ever had like any like fetish guys that like, like you really skinny or like really ripped or anything like that? Yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. I had a guy once that he was like, I will pay you $25,000 if you do another show. Oh my god. And you wanted to see like the whole process of like dieting down for show and like, like what you look like. Like a real actual work still though. Yeah. I'm like 25 grand's not worth that. Yeah. I'm like, that's so much work. Still like, yeah, maybe 100 man. Because I think what maybe he didn't understand. It's like when I was getting to that point, like I was on steroids. That wasn't like a natural physique. A woman can't physically get that lean and be that vascular and that, you know, Vainey and just, just tiny without like partners and steroids and things like that.
So I'm like, you don't understand like 25 grand, like that's, you know what steroids costs? Like not 25 grand, but it's expensive to do all this. Wow. Yeah. I'm glad I'm glad he never came over too. Because I feel like sometimes we get a lot at the same. I know. I know. No, I've had some weird ones. Like this one I'll never forget. He wanted me to like suck in my stomach as much as I can go and take a toy fake knife. I've had this guy. Really? He's like the same guy we know. Yeah. Yeah. What the fuck? I've had this guy too. Like suck in your stomach and yeah, I don't know if that's about. That was a while ago. That was like beginning of COVID. Yeah. I'll never forget that one. Maybe like if you're watching or you not doing this, like, can you get me more in a fucking way? Maybe today in real life, I'm a prison now. We're not keep shaving. We're not keep shaving, but like what the hell? Wow. That's crazy. Yeah. And I wonder if he wanted to see like ads from like sucking in or like,
whoa, that's a nice thing though. That's a Dexter type shit. I don't know. Yeah, that's crazy. We don't lay on a plastic wrap. Like, whoa. Yeah. Okay. So we do have a similar guy. Okay. Okay. So back to our dad bod. Back to yeah. How much dad bod is too much dad bod? I think just like that. They just, you know? Oh no. You know what I mean? Like, you know, like stomach kind of fat. I mean, some some dad bod you can't even really tell they have stomach until you see them like with their shirt off. But then it's like, all right. Well, he's like, I mean, I feel like you give like people breaks too because you're like, oh, he's like in his 50s. So it's like, you're not like, you think is like, you get older. Yeah. He's eighties, right? That's think he's 80. Crazy. But he's also rich. He looks so good. Oh my. Oh my god. Yeah, but money doesn't buy you a good body. And that's one thing that I will die on this hill.
Money will not get you a fit body. It can buy you a body as far as implants. You could you could nip and tuck and suck and whatever you need to do, but you can't buy a fit body. I just feel like when you have when you have that, when you're him, you have endless resources. And you're like, hey, I want, I want a trainer. I want nutritionist. I want. I want a chef where it's like you work out. And you're like, you know, like me, I'm like, why don't I have to go make my own food and shit? Like it'd be so nice to be just like, Hey, here's your breakfast. Here's your lunch. Like, what if that gets easier for them for sure? But I mean, I will give that guy props. He looks like he's crazy. But he's always fucking Rambo. Maybe the new girl you might could like make all your meals. Yeah. I make my girls meals. Oh, damn. Here is a catch. Nice. Well, this girl's in workout. Yeah. Yeah. I'm sure you have some girls watching that. Does age change, this is a question for you, Lenny, has you getting older changed what
you find attractive in a man or has it been pretty consistent for you? Like what you like 10 years ago is what you like now on a man. Pretty consistent. Really? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think I'm a complete opposite. I think I was so attracted. I have this like really funny photo. I have to show you guys of me as like a child. Like literally five, six years old and I took a photo. There was this body builder that lived in the same apartment complex as I grew up in. And I was fascinated with this man. Like I was five, six years old and I'm like, holy shit. I need to marry a body builder one day. I was fascinated. I was fascinated. Yeah. I was fascinated. And as I got older, I was like a man with muscle, holy shit, men with muscle, holy shit. And then I met my husband, not my ex husband, my current husband. And I was like, holy shit, like this is what men should look like. This is like incredible. And then I started hanging out with like competitors and training competitors. And with that, I was like, you guys are f**k.
Like the mentality and the dieting and the eating and the steroids and the health issues. Like I- It's a whole different lifestyle, isn't it? It's a totally different lifestyle. And then I started understanding what it took to look like that. It started like making me like, bb, from it. And like I'm able to look at my husband, obviously, I'm still very attracted to my husband because he has that muscle from years of training. He doesn't eat like that anymore. He's very active with like cardio, which I think is very important. And a lot of these bodybuilders don't want to do cardio because they're like, if I do cardio, I'm winning it small. So they neglect their heart, your heart's a muscle, which you know, they forget. And you know, they're dying so young because they're taking all these steroids. So like now I look at bodybuilders and I'm like, give me a fit guy that gives a shit, but still will take me out to the- Absolutely. Yeah. I'm not the same anymore. So little quadia. Yeah. Yeah. Poor girl. She had no idea what it was. So he saw that world. I know. Healthiest, unhealthy, square.
It is. Yeah. This could be another topic, you know, is bodybuilding an actual sport? Or is it a beauty pageant with muscle? I think it's like the most crazy lifestyle because it's like, it's like you're pushing your body so you're so accomplished. But then it's like, isn't it, like you get your body where it's almost unhealthy? Yeah. It is a healthy. But you're pushing your body where you see these changes because it's amazing when you can, you know, you work out and you're like, wow, like I'm doing this. It's my body. I'm building muscle and stuff. It almost becomes like an addiction where people get addicted to it. And I feel like it's hard to be like, okay, I'm going to work out because you know when you miss a day at the gym, you're like, it stresses you out and you're like, fuck, I shouldn't take a rest day. And just gets more and more worse. So it's like, for guys can just like go to the gym, but then like, I still want to live my life. And I feel like, do you guys feel like with age, people kind of like start obsessing more or less like with gym and like, you know, like essentially the dad bod thing? Are guys like, well, I'm in my 40s, you know, or is it the other way?
I think when we're younger, we obsess more for vanity reasons. Yeah. I think as we're older, we obsess more for health reasons or that's how it should be. Yeah. At least, right? Like, I'm not as worried. I mean, I'm very vain, obviously. Like, I'll give myself that. I am very vain. But now I'm worried about my health. Like, I want longevity. Yeah. I wasn't worried about longevity at 25. Now it changes where you're just like wanting to preserve everything. Like you want to keep yourself young. Yeah. Before you like, you guys essentially probably were like, okay, I want to tan. I want to do this. I'm thinking like, now you're like, fuck, I need to sleep more. Like it just kind of like changes though. Like I just started sleeping with like this like silicone pad, like on my boobs because I'm a side sleeper. So like it doesn't wrinkle. Oh, the chest. Yeah. Yeah. And I'm like, a 25 year old me would be like, what the hell are you doing? What in the world? I'm like, I sleep with like a bonnet. I sleep with an eye mask. I sleep with like all my creams and stuff. Now I sleep with this thing. Like I used to sleep with mouth tape and Dan's like, you got it. No. I'm not.
I just see that in videos. So you don't like snore? Like, uh, you tap your mouth. I feel like I have to do for like a couple of minutes. I have to do for like a couple of minutes. No, there are cosmetic reasons. What are the reasons you'll have to look into this? There is reason for it, but I did it to like not snore. And like, apparently if you like teach yourself to like breathe through your nose more when you're sleeping like you like sleep more efficiently, I don't know. Like that's what I'm worried about now. I'm not worried about my abs. Yeah. And my snorey when I'm sleeping. That's what I that's what I need to know. Very, very interesting topic. Yeah. Please tell us in the comments guys. Are you team abs or team dad? I think my final answer is more of a dad bod, but with like effort. I mean, that's cool to hear from you guys though, because most women like, I mean, not all women, but they like want magic. Like my guys until they meet a magic mic guy and they see that they're cranky fucking assholes and they want nothing to do with them. That's what everyone assumes though that we like guys that are just ripped.
No, super rich. I mean, that is definitely. Rich and you know what I mean? No, it's like just an assumption. Rich, tatted. That's what everyone or like, rich, wealthy. Yeah. That's what that's I mean, that is for sure what people think. That guy exists, but he's probably gay. He also likes other guys. So I don't know if that's hard. Hey, well, thanks for listening guys. Until next time. Cheers.
