Cyclist Crashes with Car on Bury New Road

0:00On April 18th, a cyclist ended up with serious injuries after colliding with a car on very new road in Berry. Police rushed to the scene and threw up a massive cordon to secure the area. This all went down on Saturday, April 18th, right around 3.07 pm. Officers got the call and locked down a big stretch of the road to investigate. Folks nearby jumped into action fast. Members of the public surrounded the injured rider to help him out. Jeff at a spot called 8 Whitefield watched the whole thing unfold with the guy coming off his bike hard. The car driver stuck around and is cooperating fully with police inquiries. No word yet on charges or what caused the crash. Authorities are still digging into details, so expect that cordon to stay up while they piece it together. Stay safe out there on the roads.
