And tonight, I wanted to discuss...Business and what goes through my entrepreneurial mind every now and again.

Let's face it, it's rough out there for anyone trying to make ends meet...Which brings me to the question of the day...

Would it be smart for these companies to show a bit more loyalty to their customers?

I discuss that and present an off the wall idea that, if I still ran a business, might want to try to show my customers that I cared.
