Two years ago, the Music Teachers Network Alliance Philippines was created to connect private music teachers from all over the country—including those in the remotest regions. Shortly after MTNA Philippines celebrated its second anniversary, chairperson Rosemarie Bendoy and Region 13 coordinator Noel Balugo shared the group’s vision and development on CULTURE CAROUSEL with DZFE’s Irene.
