Craig starts off this episode of CNL with Jokes On News— dissecting important topics such as Disneyland opening rules, NASA landing on an asteroid, and a peanut butter factory in Oklahoma. Send in your own Jokes On News! Michael Jackson gives his first Craig’s News Live report. He does not have first day jitters, as Mr. Nichols falsely reports (Fake Nichols News). Michael Jackson delivers a fine report on proper hygiene that is kindly directed at Mr. Nichols. It is then revealed that Mr. Nichols is an anti-puppite, which is taken very seriously. Craig's News Live values puppets as much as humans on this show. Mr. Nichols tells us about his exciting day, while Craig attempts to assist Mr. Nichols with his hygiene, since he hasn’t showered in a week and a half. The T-Shirt count is still on with an info graph showing the amount of friends of each person on the show. We are surprised to see Mr. Nichols’ total, which also inspired Craig to write a special song for him.
