Slam the Gavel welcomes Bob and Laura Domek to the podcast. Laura Domek is an American State National living In Jefferson, Kentucky. CPS kidnapped their children. Following that, court allowed the biological father to see the older two children after he had been absent for eight years AND signed over his rights AND it was against CPS aftercare recommendations. Their case began in 2/2022.
Laura discussed how Judge Dawn (Gray) Lonneman-Blair took their parental rights away while they weren't at the hearing, but were on the phone. Laura will also tell you how the judge hung up on her at the hearing when she wanted to record as she questioned if this would be on the record at all. Their daughter was placed with a relative 3-28-2024 after being in five previous foster homes. They were paying $120.00 an hour for SUPERVISED VISITS. At present time they have no contact with their daughter.
Having their children removed abruptly with NO CLOSURE has been the worst for these two parents that are the salt of the earth. Laura Domek recommends to not let CPS in, and, "we are not going away and not giving up."
