Cowboys Targeting Okereke or Walker for Linebacker Boost

This gap opened up after Dallas let go of Logan Wilson, as expected. They also lack certainty with the Marvin overshown due to his injury history, even though his talent isn't the issue. Okareki had back-to-back rough seasons in New York, especially struggling against the run last year. Still, he's shown in past rushing and coverage before that, and he'd bring serious speed to the Cowboys' defense. Meanwhile, Kwei Walker just had the best year of his career, stepping up as a leader with great sideline speed and solid blitzing skills. Coverage and run defense remain weak spots for him though. With limited cap space, experts see Okareki as the smarter, more affordable option for Dallas, while Walker could draw bigger offers on the market.
