Cowboys Scout Texas Pro Day, Eye Local Stars

The long horns put on a show for scouts, with 16 players taking part in drills to boost their stock. The Cowboys send head coach Shottenheimer, defensive coordinator Christian Parker, and several key personnel like VP of player personnel Will McClay. They mingled with Texas coach Steve Sarkisian and chatted with top prospects, building connections ahead of decision time. Local Dallas area standouts linebacker, Anthony Hill, from Ditton Ryan and cornerback Manny Muhammad from South Oak Cliff caught plenty of eyes. Hill skipped athletic tests, but shone in position drills and he even grabbed dinner with Cowboys staff the night before.
