Cowboys Franchise Tag Pickens, Draft Eyes on Lemon

Owner Jerry Jones and exec Stephen Jones made it clear they're done chasing an extension. They told Pickens his agent last week to pump the brakes on talks. The 25-year-old hasn't even inked the tag yet, so hold out vibes are strong, maybe skipping summer workouts or even training camp.
