As you'll hear, Steve is a personable, outgoing face for a company that embodies his unique philosophies on lifestyle, balance, revenue growth, and company culture. He did it his own way, by empowering the generally younger group that makes up his workforce, and by consistently challenging them to work him out of a meaningful day-to-day position.
