Conquering The Kokoda Challenge

About this episode

Juan finally completed the 96 km hike known as the Kokoda Challenge!

In Episode #216 of 'Musings' Juan and I discuss: preparation and details of the hike, why false hope can make it mentally harder, the need for dry socks and how your feet will turn to mush, dodgy course officials lying out their ass, the aftermath of poor sleep and weary body, would he ever do such an easy walk again (hehe he's soft as!), my continuing process of eliminating things I don't need to do and choosing to put a halt to the reseñas for a time period.

As always, we hope you enjoy. Mere Mortals out!
