Stay tuned for today's free podcast, Meditative Prayers with Dr. Tim Clinton, where you can draw close to God and find strength in him. Welcome to your Meditative Prayer on Conquering Loneliness. To get the most out of your spiritual journey, use Pray.com every day and make prayer a priority in your life. Our goal for today's Meditative Prayer is on Conquering Loneliness. Help you take a moment to calm down. Get yourself in a place where you feel at peace, relaxed. Maybe a comfortable position. If you can, close your eyes. Breathe easy. Let that tension go. In the anxiety in your heart, your mind slowly let it fade.

Become aware of God's presence in this moment of quiet reflection. Today we'll be meditating on Matthew 28, verse 20, from the King James Version. The Bible says, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you and behold I am with you always to the end of the age. Take a moment right now to pour out your love toward God, your adoration for his presence in our lives. The Bible says, oh God, what is man that you're mindful of him? Your thoughts of me are more than the sand on a seashore. I praise you.

For you out last time in space you endure beyond all created things I worship you, the creator and crafter of all my days. You knew me before I even existed. You chose me before I knew you and you have prepared a place for me at your side. I exalt you, Lord, for your great steadfastness toward me. No one will ever care for me as you do Jesus. The comforting truth is that God will be with you forever, no matter what you're never alone. We always have that audience of one. Regardless of who you are or what you do, God's love is a constant that will never change. He's with you through the good and the bad. God is there. When you're up, when you're down, sad, mad, glad, He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning

and the end. He was there at your inception, He'll be there at your death. And in between and until kingdom come, when you get to experience the life you were created for. As God Himself is boundless so His love for you has no limits. There's no expiration date on God's time with you. Don't fear His rejection. Don't wait for Him to tire of you. Don't waste your time waiting for it to run out. God's not going anywhere. You can ignore Him, tune Him out, shut Him down, yourself, but He will never leave you. So turn to Him as He has already turned toward you. Take a moment and confess your sins to Him and accept the love that He has promised you.

I hope you'll take a moment right now to dwell on God's continuous presence in your life. You've thought to the way that He relentlessly pursues you. Bible says God will never stop loving us. He is zealous for us. Thank God for His steadfast loyalty, His steadfast love. Thank Him for taking care of yourself and your family. Thank Him that His love promises to stay by your side forever. I love that God is present and that He's listening to you. Even when the world seems dark, don't give up. Keep pressing in, especially when you feel alone, and let Him speak tenderly over you. Ask God to give you faith, to trust in His care for you, to believe in His promises.

And always remember, you can be sure that God will be with you always. He will continue with you until the end of the world. Trust in the knowledge that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Worry is futile. It changes nothing. So don't waste your time on it. Be confident in God. He lovingly cares for the lilies of the valley and the sparrows of the sky. Or so, and with greater fervor, He will care for you. Thank you for completing today's meditative prayer on Pray.com. By incorporating this healthy habit as a daily practice, you are making prayer a priority and strengthening your walk with God. I'm Dr. Tim Clinton, President of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and we love being a part of your life.
