About this episode
In this week's episode, I will invite you to reflect on the importance of confidence and courage in regards to getting what you need and want. Over the past week I've applied to many jobs around Edinburgh, and with the use of confidence, trained like a muscle, I have achieved quite amazing results. Taking into account the importance of your attitude, I will talk about the ways you can strengthen your 'confidence muscle' and become more effective in your daily endeavours. I will also briefly mention the value of gratitude and the need to recognise your own strengths and prepare yourself for the moments of challenging interactions.
I am going to mention a quote by Henry David Thoreau and John Wayne and offer you a little task to do during the week.
I hope you will find this episode inspiring and helpful.
