Wing was driving a Toyota Prius northbound when it smashed head-on into a southbound Ford Explorer that had veered into the wrong lanes. Three fellow track-and-filled athletes from Concordia were hurt in the crash and rushed to a nearby hospital. The Explorer driver, a 30-year-old man from Lee's Summit, Missouri, also ended up there for treatment. Earlier this week, on Tuesday, March 17th, the university posted a statement sharing their deep sorrow.
