Comparing Yourself To Others & Sabotaging Yourself
About this episode
"Comparison is the theif of joy."
Over the past week, I have been overthinking everything when it comes to my training, nutrition, work & life. I was stuck in this negative mindset that I was working SO hard, but I was ALSO so far off from where I want to be OR need to be to accomplish the goals I have set out for myself.
In this episode of the podcast, I talk about the epiphany I experienced to help me throw that piss poor mindset in the trash where it belongs. You can use my experience to help you do the same for whatever is limiting you.
The reality is that usually no one is sabotaging us. We are sabotaging ourselves. Today I will also get into how you can learn to shift your perspective & control your thoughts.
