The 39-acre site sits along East Lake Boulevard in the Engelnook area, right next to the Birmingham Shuttle's Worth Airport. It offers plenty of space for offices and industrial use. Built back in 1979, the campus got a full renovation in 2004 that upgrade added around 350,000 square feet of modern facilities. Now, with the company expanding, it's time to pass the property on to new owners. The shift promises real benefits for the local economy. The new setup will keep more than 750 jobs in place and create up to 50 additional positions. Workers and the community stand to gain from this growth in the area.
