Coaching & Accompaniment At Its Best

In this episode, the focus is upon the two guiding principles that all coaching & accompaniment efforts need to incorporate in order to ensure that each individual becomes their best self.

The two principles that need to be integrated into all coaching are “cura personalis”—which is the total care of the person, and the practice of continuous discernment. When these principles are an intentional part of accompaniment efforts, then each person is able to flourish and fully become the unique and unrepeatable gift that they are to both others and within the Lord’s vineyard.
